Vinny's Belly Laugh Club is the kind of place you go when you're desperate for entertainment or desperate for a job.  The night of the final compeitition of Vinny's talent search brings together an assortment of alleged entertainers....and a murderer whom the andience will help identify.

The characters :

Lou Dumbello - The washed up singer who MCs the club talent show

Roxy Barn - Foul-mouthed female comedian

Somnambulo the Great - Hypnotist

Hal (and Wendell) - Ventriloquist and dummy

Lotta Verboten - Singer with a questionable accent

Bamby Lynn - Baton-twirling bimbo

Ian Wayne (and Fifi) - "Flamboyant" owner, manager, and co-star in a lip-syncing dog act

Vinnie - Club owner

These are not has-beens.  They are never-beens.  Keep in mind that actual talent is pretty close to optional.  This is a rapid-fire farce with an audience-participation twist.

The show will be directed by Claremont Anderson and produced by Darla Johnson.
